SERVICES
Consultation:

STE
Consultants provides consultative services in school and home
settings. We work collaboratively with teachers, school staff,
and parents to create behavior interventions that help the client
achieve greater success in all environments.

STE trains staff and parents in various settings – en
vivo (in the moment), topic specific training workshops, and
on-going classes that provide a comprehensive overview of Applied
Behavior Analysis and best practices within this field.

STE collaborates with all professionals and parents to write
and implement Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior
Plans using current positive behavioral strategies that have
been empirically validated to obtain the best results.

STE helps to train teachers in Direct Instruction and take our
Precision Teaching methodologies to help create positive behavior
outcomes within classroom settings.

STE Consultants will also help create meaningful, effective,
and efficient Reinforcement Systems for students or entire classrooms
based on the most relevant research and resources available
within the behavior analysis community.
Direct:
-
STE Consultants will provide direct 1:1 behavior services to
clients who would benefit from direct teaching in self-management,
social skills, resiliency training, and other identified areas
of need as specified by the client’s IEP team or family.

STE frequently facilitates and coordinates social skills groups
for clients in schools settings. Please refer to our Social
Skills section for more information.
Assessment:

STE Consultants can be hired to conduct, write, and present
Functional Assessments, Functional Analyses, and Descriptive
Analyses in school and home settings.

STE will train school staff and families on the implementation
of Positive Behavior Support Plans as well as evaluate the efficacy
of each plan through data analysis.

STE can provide school and home teams with a roadmap to skill
acquisition and ongoing support for clients using the FBA/PBP
as the foundation for behavior change and the consultative model.
