Sarah Trautman-Eslinger, M.A., BCBA

Sarah began her love affair with behavior analysis as an undergraduate at Gonzaga University. After moving to California in 1999 she taught for a year at Spectrum Center before entering the crazy world of behavior consultation. Sarah completed her Masters Degree in Special Education with an emphasis on vocational education for adults with developmental disabilities in 2001. Sarah became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2004. In addition to her work at STE Consultants Sarah has been a guest lecturer at San Francisco State University, has trained special educators in Belize, is a frequent presenter for parent/community/school groups and has managed to sustain her passion for behavior analysis because it works and changes people’s lives in a way that nothing else can. Lena is the Vice President at STE. Lena came to STE in 2005 after spending many years in the non-profit sector. Lena is also a graphic designer and is the person responsible for all of the print and web designs for STE. When she isn't creating something, Lena spends her time managing STE's finances, and planning for the future.

In her spare time you can find Lena sitting at a poker table or hanging out with her family.

DeAnna provides Clinical and Administrative support to the teams operating within STE Consultants. Through the years she has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum in a variety of settings including in homes, public schools, community mental health agencies, and a Non-Public School for children with behavior disorders. She has worked in Behavior Analysis for over 9 years and has lived in both Hawaii and Vermont before settling in California. DeAnna can provide Functional Behavior Assessments, consultation, intensive trainings for parents and staff as well as individualized ABA based programs for students in homes and public schools. DeAnna manages new referrals, contracts, school district support, as well as supporting the Clinical and Training teams within STE. DeAnna is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

 

Casey Ludwick, M.A., BCBA

Casey Ludwick received her Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2005 from Western Michigan University. She has been working with children diagnosed with various developmental disabilities for 9 years. Casey has worked with children ranging in age from 18 months to 17 years in a variety of settings including in-home and various public and non-public schools. She has worked for non-public agencies and in the private sector serving families in the military. Casey’s responsibilities have included assessments (intake, Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses), consultation, staff training, data analysis, and individualized ABA programming and implementation for children with various developmental disabilities for early intervention as well as intensive behavior and social skills programs. Casey has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2005.

Joy has worked with children with autism for the past 6 years providing direct and consultative services in homes, center-based settings, and public school districts. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has her Masters in Psychology. She will be receiving her PhD in Disability Disciplines, with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Utah State University in May 2012. Although her passion is providing early intervention services to children with autism, she has enjoyed working with individuals with a variety of disabilities from 2 to 22 years-old.

Kristen has experience working with individuals with various disabilities across numerous environments including in-home, group homes, public schools and in community-based programs. She received her Masters of Arts in Psychology from Humboldt State University and is currently working on her Doctorate in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Utah State University. Kristen plans on graduating in May 2012 and will continue her work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis providing support for families because there is truly nothing better!
